Hot Bird! A newly opened cafe in Kelapa Gading, as its name says, specializes in Poultry dishes. we got the chance to taste a few menus during their Grand Opening earlier this June 2017 and we are excited to share them with you! From chicken, duck, fish, shrimp to spaghetti dishes. Lets check them out!
This cafe is located at the lobby of Harton Tower in Kelapa Gading (Near Artha Gading). The concept of the cafe is a bar & open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant. So you can clearly see the cooking process from your dining table.
Since this is a food bloggers gathering event, we got a tasting plate with small bite size of a few menus and they were pretty much delicious. But here are some of the normal portion of each menu. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly the name of each of the dishes :(
Roasted Spring Chicken Rice (65k) marinated with their secret barbeque sauce.
Barramundi with Almond Herb Crust (90k)
This is their stuffed chicken breast with spinach, potato, veggie and mushroom sauce. In our opinion, the overall dish was okay, but the chicken tasted slightly bland. They need to marinate the seasonings longer :)
Dragon Fruit Smoothie (33k) - A very refreshing and authentic dragon fruit blended with ice. Definitely a thirst quencer!
King Prawn Thermidor (168k) - that looks really tempting, especially with mozarella coating on top. Unfortunately didn't try it :( It comes with french fries.
Linguini Pesto (88k) - any pasta cooked with pesto paste never goes wrong :)
